Refund policy

Right of Return

The customer has the right to cancel their order or part of it within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the product. The returned product must be unused. Returned products must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

• The product is unused and in its unopened original packaging.

• The return has been agreed upon with the seller in advance.

How to Return

• The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

• Carefully pack the product/products in the same packaging in which it was delivered.

If you are returning high-value items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
